Watched 15 mins of it. He was the best player on the pitch. Maybe he'd have been better suited to us if we played wingbacks.

We have the prefect team for wing backs. We never play it.

Would have liked to see him next to laporte. I can remember zinchenko looking much more solid with laporte rather then otta/stones

Could have made all of the difference. Laporte played an early ball up the line to Mendy tonight that was perfectly weighted and put him well clear of any opponent. Angelino would have thrived on that.

We can but hope. Lad is only 23 and already played in the US, Spain, Netherlands, England, and now Germany. Might not be with us again, but it looks as if he’ll enjoy a fantastic career.
