I have ordered 24 refs whistles and was chatting at the game tonight about using them to also show disapproval when doing VAR.
Checked the UEFA ground rules tonight at the ground and whistles are not banned on the listed of prohibited items.

I took my metal whistle in last night. No problem with security. Pretty sure I could get a machete past our security checks.
