It's been mentioned on here about Liverpool failing FFP in 2013 or 2014. Does anyone have a link to this? And does any one have info on the "dodgy" deal to redevelop Anfield and the funding for that, that helped them pass FFP? Thanks

Houston also got done for cheating, and they actually won the world series a couple of years ago. Their GM (equal to DoF) and their manager got suspended for a year. That's it. The club ended up sacking both of them, but the only punishment handed out IIRC was the ban for those 2
