I've said this before; UEFA (the organisation) are piggy in the middle. The old G-14 clubs have systematically targeted us in all sorts of ways. There's things I can't say publicly or privately but it's quite astonishing what has been going on.

Let's hope it all comes out in the wash.

If the above is true then he's in a world of hurt.

And, as far as I know the Guardian has not run any of this material (at least not in detail) Nor have they reported what other media sources have reported in Portugal, that he was caught on tape in an undercover operation at a service station where he was meeeting representatives of one of his extortion victims. The Guardian seems to specialise in only reporting one side of the story. They are as bad as any of the tabloids in the way they operate. For all the criticism of the New York Times their coverage has been pretty balanced (though Tariq Panja's Tweets have not been impartial)

Remember the Panama Papers which showed a previously unheard of level of corruption in top political, legal and business figures globally?
They just prosecuted their first person ever about those. A small scale German-American businessman of no real standing. Remarkable huh?

It was not Pinto who hacked City, thats for sure, seeing who they targeted and the way they did it i'm pretty sure that it was someone with a deep knowledge about the football business using an operator way over Pintos pay grade.

There would be poetic justice in a huge story about them hitting the headlines the day after they win the match that confirms them league winners this season.

Surely the E-mails will be in the hands of the police as evidence in the trial of the hacker,not some magazine office.

Is it possible that UEFA don't have the original emails? Our 'lack of co-operation' is us saying prove it? Co-operating would give credence to these emails which we probably deny. After all, if they exist, are sitting on a server in a police station in Portugal and are unlikely to see the light of day?

You’d know more than me but I assume this software can search for particular terms. Have Der Spiegel or others only searched terms like ‘Manchester City’, ‘Etihad’, ‘Dirty Arab Oil money’ etc....
