Thanks for that but he didn't seem to contemplate the possibility we might not have actually breached FFP?

He was basically arguing our expensive legal team would argue the investigation process might not have been sufficiently independent

He did say that he was only remarking on the facts that he had bearing in mind neither UEFA or City have released all they have as yet. His neutrality on that point made his video interesting.

Wouldn't it be poetic if we could find some dirt on Simon Jordan and his time at Palace. Everybody has some skeletons in the cupboard and this attack on city might just open the floodgates. As GPC once said "squeaky bum time" may have arrived for some

Well I do know 2things about the c.nt that's a fact,
Place trophy cabinet is empty just like his wallet was when he nearly fled them up..

No I would say. The powers that be won’t let it happen. And nor should it.
Dippers have been the best team this season. No matter how much we hate them, they have been fantastic.
Just like we were last season.
Whatever goes on behind the scenes the players have played in good faith. Whoever wins the league then those set of players have deserved it.
It would be hard for any organisation to go against that and deduct points either this season or retrospectively for previous seasons.
Save your money
And if it turns out that this is to do with corruption of PIGMOL, players throwing games (how many goalies have made howlers against them) or wholesale PED abuse for instance will they still 'deserve it'?

We'd all love for it to happen but its certain that City don't have a smoking gun or stories that will bring down UEFA and/or hurt Liverpool and Utd.

That's just wishful thinking

All we can hope for now is to win our case at CAS.

I also made a similar comment on his YT video page

"You have completely missed the obvious and crucial point that City repeatedly stated they have irrefutable evidence they did not put any funds into their sponsors. Also proof UEFA changed the FFP toolkit in order to sanction them in 2012 and are now relying only on hacked/stolen emails taken out of context for their current attack. It's all such a clear pack of lies that just a few weeks ago Ceferin travelled to Manchester to beg the club to accept a minor technical breach with no ban.

But City have had enough of the corrupt cartel clubs running the UEFA show and will now expose them to the world for the racist cheats they are. Watch this space!!

You should also know Dan Roan is rotten to the core. He has been banned by MCFC for the last 4 years after lying about Patrick Vieira's charity work and was also recently demoted by the BBC for joking about the death of the Leicester City owner. Now back on their payroll again but that just shows how far the UK public broadcaster's standards of journalism and impartiality have fallen. Along with the Guardian's anti-Arab cult plus a few embittered casualties of the decline of printed media - now bottom-feeding on rival fan sites for Twitter clickbait - Roan is an integrity free zone."

I predict cas will throw it out we reinstalled in champs league scousers win the league by 16 points and it all reset for next season where it will be the rags turn to win the league.

You know fuck all but keep putting a negative twist on if it’s what keeps you warm at night.

Kind of agree but Var has contributed to some points for the scousers and taking some from us so I reckon around 8/10 point lead around now! If that was the case do you think we would have a chance of still winning the league with all that pressure on Liverpool to win there first league title in 30 years?
Season defining moments, same game at clanfield, no pen against TAA, and no offside against Salad for first goal. Real momentum shifters
