I'm not aware of any journos sitting on a massive expose.

The only way I could see it being the case, is if The Times or FT have been promised it by City at a time of our choosing.

Personally, if we have dirt on our rivals, I don't see any gain relying on the UK media to report it.

Airing it in court makes it legal and opens it up to the world.

Our owners are too classy to do anything as crass as dishing the dirt in public - I suspect this will play out mainly behind closed doors but we will see a subtle difference for next season which will benefit us and others

Now I am not qualified in any aspect of law but I'd say you can't get an injunction to prevent the media reporting on anything that is against the law.

Celebrities might get one to stop any reporting of an affair, for instance, but having an affair isn't against the law. Could you get one to prevent reporting of illegal hacking say?

The inference so far is that we have cast iron evidence of illegal actions against us by a club(s) so how can the guilty parties keep a lid on it.

In the unlikely event we have have evidence that sullies Liverpool's achievements, does anyone believe the media will crucify them for it?

" Liverpool's cheating puts a huge question mark and asterisk over their recent achievements and taints their success forever more."

No way, it will be buried just like our recent incredible success, it never happened.
It will be Heyseled from history.
