Shot to pieces since the Gomez incident at the England camp, the media and Southgate went on the attack again and this time he's not fought it as well, mission accomplished.
the media have only realised in the last few weeks that hes been playing shit and southgate is still picking him?

Madrid wont be interested, they have Hazard who they need to get fit and firing never mind another 100m+ signing. They are investing heavily in the young brazilians they have bought.

Sterling yesterday was no worse than he has been in the past few games apart from that one burst of pace against Madrid to win a penalty.

Should have buried that chance yesterday and it might have masked another awful performance. Wan-Bissaka is a good defender but Sterling didn't attack him once, fck knows why Pep didn't swap him over and put on Mahrez on the left. Try something different ffs.
Madrid would buy him in a heart beat if he was available they love big named expensive winger

Problem is he has no trickery when facing opp full back. It makes so easy for full backs to defend against him if he doesn't have space in front of him to run into.

To beat an opp full back you must have some street football trickery I.e. Ronaldinho, Coman from Bayern, Neymar etc. Sterling hasn't got that.

If he's isolated 1on1 he's useless. His 'dribbling' is basically passing to himself into space in front of him and outpacing the fullback.

He has to play either on the right and using his pace play some hard low crosses or cutbacks or as a false 9.

I always think he looks erratic in the way he runs. Someone on here said it, but he runs like a five year old boy chasing after a chicken, in complete contrast to Sane and Hazard, who look much more accomplished running with the ball, and possess that wonderful ability to glide past defenders like they're not even there. Sterling's strengths are his work rate, his runs off the ball, and finding space, and beating the off side trap. His awareness, and all round game has improved massively under Pep, but he's been out of sorts since the last international break.

Not for anywhere near the price we would have to demand to go back into the market and replace him.

They have spent a ton of money, they are taking a different shape in Zidane now.

Madrid changed mircato strategy and buy new cheap talent players from South America so not think will spend high

It was an interview before the madrid game,we don't read the questions,no footballer is going to do anything but blow smoke up any other teams arse, pep does it all the time,he also keps saying he is very happy here
Yeah but it just wasnt general praise. Peps praise is general praise. He does not say "id love to manage this club (opponent)".
