The Lion King - the remake one. Considering I wasn't too bothered about watching it as I love the original, albeit an animation, I was surprised how much I enjoyed the film. It stuck to the original story and it was brilliantly done. At least 8/10 for me.

True Lies is on C4 later on (10:45). Even Arnie (who couldn't act his way out of a paper bag) is middling decent in it. The real star, though, is the sadly departed Bill Paxton, who steals the film. The used car salesman scene is hilarious.....

Inglourious Basterds for a second time the other night. Reminded me why after the first time I thought, this isn’t worth seeing more than once!
Opening scene the best. 6/10 overall. It’s no Jackie Brown, that’s for sure.
