Self-employed & Coronavirus

First day of 12 weeks off due to being high risk, I’m bored shitless already, lads who work for me have been in, but supplies won’t last end of week, all builders merchants have closed in our area, no sure if government has forced them to close or company’s done it off their own backs, hoping they open again before weekend, but feel for all self employed at this time, going to be a hard slog that’s for sure

Absolutely this.

The mixed messages are a dead giveaway, don't go out unless you really have to, Police can arrest/fine gatherings of more that two people. But it's ok to work on construction sites and rub shoulders with other on the tram/tube. Absolute bollocks.

Construction sites that wont have materials soon hey ho we can tidy the site keep busy while passing the virus on
