The pertinent facts for City are that these letters were all sent independently of each other but ended up at the same law firm.

Absolute gold dust for us from a legal standpoint and at CAS.

It is also an insight into how a campaign to deligitimise our honours would look like with regards lobbying of the Premier League, should we fail to achieve complete exoneration on appeal.

Both sides of the divide realise the chips are all in and bluffs are being called.

Such is the hypocrisy, if our owner suddenly felt compelled to donate £1bn to the preservation of the Uefa family, all this shit would disappear overnight.

Would we get any more in damages than £1m. We'd have to prove their actions caused us damage, we'd probably get much less in a court case.

Would have embarrassed Liverpool (which would have been nice) but it wouldn't have affected us to much.

I think the money is an irrelevence for us, and perhaps we thought their " dirty tricks " would stop .

Serious misjudgement in hindsight with their owners .

Oh well, those who decided to join in might live to regret it , hopefully .

Plenty go with safety in numbers.

A wolf does not concern itself with the opinions of sheep.

In the current economic climate, those who can afford to keep it in litigation the longest will win out.

Guess who?

Courts never take into account - the ability to pay. If we win substantial damages then UEFA will have to stump up even if that bankrupts them. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch.
Thanks for reply, my point was that they may very well be bankrupt or its Corporate equivalent as and when we win said court case.
At one stage I recall BM speculation was that club members of UEFA were quite happy to sacrifice UEFA to start a fresh Organisation for themselves.

We may very well win the court case but get zero. Our true enemies may have moved on with us on the outside so maybe our tactics may be to tackle a consortium of named members that can be proved to have plotted our downfall using UEFA as its tool of action.
