Those in UK are at least better off than the poor buggers in Cambodian sweat shops making up Beckham skiddies. Often these people paid just a dollar a day collapse at work through malnutrition or exhaustion from working long extra hours to be able to feed their families.
The mail of course doesn't mention this of course - they are only foreigners and the paper does well out of Brand Beckham.
PS. Thanks for amending your typo. The thought of Mrs Beckham using fur to pay her workers in whatever way is not pleasant just before breakfast.;)

my company is worth a fucking fortune ,more than the beckhams,but if it wasn't for furlough I would of been made redundant and so would 20,000 other airport workers

I am glad its working and you are ok. But the point I was making was a multi millionaire should be able to pay just 30 staff. I get the point that employing 20,000 that even a millionaire cant pay that amount ;)

... or your company could have taken the hit (if it's making a fortune as you say) and kept you all on at 80% pay without furlough?

it would be nice if they did,its an aviation company they aren't getting any business at the moment and not sure how long they could carry on paying 100% ,not long I would suspect.
