Will it be dealt with this year or maybe thrown out?Bosses aren't concerned in the slightest.
When @tolmie's hairdoo has good info, he can't say too much for fear of exposing his source. When his info is more speculative, he toys with us. Trouble is, you can't tell the difference.

can you give us any more in this one. I keep changing my mind. One minute confident , the next I am sure that we will get found guilty and face the 2 year ban.
hopefully there’s an end game in some sort of sight and I would celebrate us beating uefa and the cartel more than any Liverpool fan I know will celebrate them winning the league

The mood from Abu Dhabi concerning this is more than just supreme confidence, for whatever reason.
I'd love it to be an actual smoking gun but it is probably something more likely done over a boardroom table.

some sort of decision on next season will need to be made soon enough I guess. Even if the cas doesn’t go ahead anytime soon , something will have to be decided about whether the ban would start next season.
