Dunne’s puerile comment about the Etihad not being much quieter if the game was played behind closed doors sums the fucker up.

a grown man who has been through college/university to gain the qualifications to become a professional journalist. This industry has to be the worst in Britain to be in.Dunne’s puerile comment about the Etihad not being much quieter if the game was played behind closed doors sums the fucker up.
Great post. They’re not coming to the rescue of football fans with all this - they’re actually turning more away.Interesting that last week all three guests were in agreement that the cost of human life supersedes football. Much to the annoyance of Geoff Shreeves.
This week following the disingenuous announcement from the minister that the return of football will lift the nation's spirit the three stooges are telling us it's a calculated risk worth taking. The rhetoric from the media now is that football restarting is not about money it's about the livelihoods of the thousands of people involved in the industry. Which is different from any other profit making organisation how? The journalists are attacking Brighton for making excuses to restart the league but I wouldn't be surprised if players from the top half of league dig their heels in too.
They can dress this restart up anyway they like. If the nation is going to be eased out of lockdown gradually and sensibly over the next several months to stimulate the economy then football should be consigned to what it is: "a pastime of no real consequence".
If the return of football is going to lift the spirits of the nation why then are the broadcasting media and government not working as hard to get cricket, formula one, cycling and rugby back?
Not everyone follows football so what are the millions of non-football fans going to get to raise their spirits? Or is that the return of football has got absolutely nothing to do with raising spirits and everything to do with revenue?
Those last 10 minutes were unbelievable.
Andy Dunne.
"At first I was dead against it but after watching the south Korea game I think it would work and Football should come back"
Ogden
"People want football back. It would lift the nation and give people a lift"
Hayward
"Premier League are not taking PPE equipment off the NHS as they are buy it from Hong Kong"
Bloody hell, they are making rules up now to help them. Only on MiserysideDunne is against using 5 substitutes as City have the best squad in the league and it's unfair on other teams in the league as City will just bring on more world class players
WTF!!!
