Combination microwave oven turntables

Mine blew up last week......glass went pop.

Are you supposed to take the glass turntable out?

It's fucking hot in there when I'm doing my sausages on oven mode

We have one and all it says in the book is the glass plate must remain in at all times thought that didn't read right do I emailed the manufacturer to be sure and they confirmed it needs to stay in place.
