I think I need to break this to you gently, the Pacific Ocean has risen, in fact it rises every twelve or so hours.
 
A smile from a good looking woman as I pass her in the street. Still lifts my spirit even tho' I know its in sympathy with the old guy (me) struggling on useless legs.
