Someone's stole the "camera mounted on the guitar neck" idea from Thunderstruck, eh! Not a bad little ditty though. And clever, using the "Great Dictator" speech. Well done.

Think it was done before that on Jimmy Pages riff on Immigrant Song.

I like it a lot, reminds me of some early experimental Porcupine Tree. As someone else said, really good idea to use 'Great Dictator'.

The way you bring the riff in also reminds me of Steven Wilson's cover of 'A Forest'. He uses it toward the end of the track and it's well timed; I feel the same way here.

On 4:48 the sequencer kicks off the end section of the track and the rhythm comes in again. Have you thought about just using a hi-hat line there instead, then bring in the rhythm when the speech resumes. Also, given the intensity of the words cranks up maybe augment the message with another melody line, synth pad or something?
