Just popped on to comment on the penalty - seems I'm too late lol.

Feel sorry for Ben Mee and Burnley there. I don't recognise the sport I've loved for 40 years.

I understand the need to protect players, I don't want to see players like Colin Bell ruined by thuggery, but that was ridiculous

Contact with man. No contact with ball. Enough to unbalance the player who was, fouled. In the box.

That is the very definition of a penalty.

You can argue it was soft. You can argue it’s not in the spirit.

But it was a penalty and anyone arguing should open up the rule book.
