One of my bosses years ago had worked as a expat in Nigeria and he reckoned no-one even had a driving lesson never mind took a test as it was cheaper to bung the people who issued licences rather than fucking about doing it properly.

Still not on a par with flying passenger aircraft with a fake licence.

All these accidents involved qualified pilots. The 30% of enthusiastic Pakistani 'have a go heroes' that fly commercial jets without qualifications should get the benefit of the doubt.
