The England hospital total was 20 last Monday. The all settings figure went down for some reason.

No I dislike her because she’s a pathological liar, the same reason I dislike Johnson.

More on the England data. Only 3 of the 19 from the NW. Two other areas had more.

But NW reporting over the weekend has been noticeably low in the past so may well be a bigger fraction of the catch up from tomorrow.

Only 6 added to 27 June meaning it is 9 after 2 days and the first time the second day total has been in single figures since March. Sunday data is always low. But by comparison the equivalent second day figure 7 days ago was 18.

4 were added to 26 June so that is now 22 after 3 days - also a new low since March (same caveat).

And 1 added to 25 June making a four day total of 35.

Nothing added to previous two days so the 23 and 24 June sit at 47 after 5 and 6 days respectively.

Its about a 2/3 week lag from cases to deaths.

but in Florida apparently the average age of new cases is 30 so may not get that big of a spike death wise.

Lets hope so but I fear the proportion of those that die will be skewed towards the old and vulnerable again.

The problem is that they are not testing, so those 30 year olds who were out partying and socialising and caught it first are going to be infecting their parents/grandparents for ages before they are ill enough to need to go to hospital and get tested and it'll hit the older community 1-2 weeks later.

I'll be amazed (and greatly relieved) if the peak the Americans are running up to has fewer than 3k deaths/day. It'll probably dwarf the first peak.

But that's what happens when 40% of the population are lead by a lying moron who thinks masks are a liberal political statement and closing down is being a pussy.

Wales still not going well.

3 deaths and a big rise to 116 cases.

It was 1 death and 71 cases this time last week.

N. Ireland I death too. And 6 new cases. HIgh by their standard of one or two.

It was 0 death and 1 case this time last week.

So that is 23 UK hospital deaths. Up on 21 last Monday.

Though as noted before unusually it went down to 15 in the all settings total.

The Sat/Sun all settings weekend totals have usually been very close to one another because few add ons seem to occur from other settings and less in hospital over weekend too.

Yesterdays all settings was 36 (down from 43 last Sunday) but hard to think that 23 will decrease to below 15 today.
