I haven't listened but will. We aren't getting a suspended sentence - for reasons I've explained many times. If CAS sides with UEFA, the breaches are serious and second offences which means they will not interfere with UEFA's sanctions.
Unless of course we suddenly decide to settle with UEFA for a suspended sentence just before the announcement. Anyway we're going to find out soon enough if our owners truly have irrefutable evidence to counter UEFA's claims or that it was all bluster. Personally I'd hope for the former as otherwise it would point to large incompetence on City's part they'd actually refuse to settle and wager a multi million business on ego.

For leaked emails, not co-operating with UEFA. Pep will be out the door, in a year if not sooner. Not sure the silver lake investment envisaged this, either. All this talk about retrospective titles being lost, points docked. Wouldn’t surprise me if the owner looked to sell, reputation will be tarnished for good. A lot on the line...seismic

Sniff.

I HEARD today by a mate i see when am out shopping ????? again this is just word of mouth

that a 2 part deal has been agreed and both parties are happy ? could city ban been taken away suspended for 2 years and with city having to produce revue details and any future sponsorship deals over a 3 year period, but the uefa fine also handed will be cut in half because city was partly to blame and city admitted to the miss understandings of rules at the times

if that is true then city are still guilty and have cut a deal with the devil
Pretty sure your mate is either taking the piss or (perhaps more likely) he's read crap on social media. Someone has mixed this case up with the original 2014 punishment and come up with a new scenario.

I’m preparing myself for logging onto this thread on Monday and it having jumped 100 pages - I’ll be trying to catch up and the volume of posts increasing faster than I can read them ! Shit .... what’s happened ?

Daft question but why would Uefa want to delay decision till after draw as the replacement team 5th couldn't take our place they wouldn't be in the same pot

So as not to deflect from the CL draw on Friday is the official line. However, we can speculate that if UEFA feel the decision has gone their way they'd be falling over themselves to announce it on the day of the draw when they'll have a lot of attention directed their way or that if they thinks it's gone against them they'd prefer it was delayed a couple of days so as not to look a bunch of twats at the draw. All speculation of course but there may be a bit of logic in it.
