Another handball in a spurs game

Spurs player played the ball how can it be offside?

I wasn't sure if it came off a Spurs player or a Bournemouth player, but it's a good example of letting the play finish before making a decision.

Thats nothing to do with VAR, its the rules.

It hit the Bournemouth players hand but the ball was going in.They are really going to have a proper review of these handball incidents.
The goalkeeper was going in the opposite direction.
