Not quite, before Cheesemans tweet, 3 people posted pretty much the same on here, posters who've been members on here for years, one who has never really posted much but claims to have worked for uefa until recently, and 2 posters who post regularly. The "uefa" poster has only ever posted on this subject, and posted a thread back in November which we deleted because it seemed like the sort of thing a WUM might post, with promises of information, but no actual information, but he came back to post in here today that we'd been cleared.

So there is slightly more to the optimism, than just one tweet.

My body is ready!!!
This would be like Xmas. Not some bullshit technicality but exonerated.

If we win the case we got away with nothing, I really doubt they'd overturn the case completely unless UEFA have completely got it wrong.

I'll be happy if we win but also angry at the amount of know it all that actually knew nothing attacking the club and the fans for so long. Making them eat their words would be so satisfying.

Totally agree mate, there's been untold damage done to our reputation by these cùnts too.

Not going to think about the outcome until i read the news on Monday. Would be nice if these rumours are true but also was surprised we got hit with a 2 year ban when we were expected to receive a slap on the wrist (if my memory is right this is what Sam Lee and others were saying at the time?).

Have to say that if the people putting out the stories of us overturning the ban are wrong, its gonna be a very bad time for them after building up hope to then be incorrect on such an important issue.

I’ve got a list of feckers who will be getting it big time on Monday on Twitter if this is true. Starts off with that living bellend Duncan Castles and will go on to include, amongst others, the 8 clubs who signed that letter to the FA. I’ll be reminding those feckers at the likes of Wolves not to bother watching next seasons CL draw. I’ve never sworn before on Twitter but there will be a veritable deluge of the f and c words .....
