pep coming out and saying that is crazy and setting himself up for a big fall ? the club should not be letting the media ask pep questions about the CAS case. it should be football only questions and games coming up, silly by the media team at city again and the feeling i get every time there is a interview the media person is so weak and he should be all over the media when a question like that is asked
City allover shit PR no protection they run the gauntlet & get away with it

Its about time we start to fuck em all off & ban the ****s.. we are to soft

If Monday comes & we win then we need to change how we manage these horrible scumbags

Just realised I’ve got a course starting at 9.30 on Monday.

Thankfully it’s an online virtual one, no learning getting done that day if we win.

I understand Simon Pearce and Sheikh Mansour both gave testimony.

Might as well throw HH Big Boss man in for good measure I guess!

Have you ever watched evidence being given? This was a 3 day hearing - that is very short. Amanda Staveley was cross examined for at least 8 days on her own in the recent trial.

The CAS announcement mentioned teams in London and experts elsewhere. Allowing for submissions when exactly are we to believe this procession of royalty and others were cross examined? And why was verbal evidence required? The documents should have been sufficient. In short, I don't believe any of these individuals gave evidence. I'm not even convinced anyone gave witness evidence - seems unlikely to me. We shall see.

I can’t see anything other than some sort of punishment and ban being upheld or even increased. For it get this far and the future of FFP is at stake they will want to make an example of us. I’ll be shocked if it’s anything other than a 2 year ban and hope I’m proved wrong.

The future of FFP has absolutely nothing to do with this. City have already been prosecuted for these ‘offences’, these are trumped up charges unless of course City are as bent as a 9 Bob note. Which I doubt

If this is thrown out, FFP will still exist. I imagine City are quite happy with FFP now as it stops competition

The guy currently running UEFA has distanced himself from this matter(from memory). So with that, the settlement agreement, UEFA’s own rules which time bar them from prosecuting and that City surely can’t be this wrong on their specialist subject, I expect City to win

Why would an arbitration court want to make an example of anyone, your post makes no sense at all
