Will next seasons Premier League be the best ever?

A run of bad results and I wouldn't trust the fractured Arsenal board to back anyone completely. Only a few weeks back (or just before the break?) he was being touted as 'not safe'.
More fool them, he has the makings of a great manager, I would have him back.

Can’t see Arsenal or Spurs strengthening enough to be anywhere near, united would need to spend to add depth don’t think they’ll compete. Leaves us chelsea and liverpool, unless liverpool spend and I’m not sure they will don’t see them staying at the level to get over 90 points. Think 90 plus will win it next season, a new centre back and a fit Laporte plus reliable centre back back up should see us over 90. Not sure it will be as competitive next year as the league last season was, with us and liverpool on 98 and 99 points.

edit, maybe forget chelsea too if they blow their budget on attacking players and can’t upgrade keeper and defenders.
Arteta looks to be the real deal and may get funds now to get Coutinho, Partey and William.

Mourinho deserves his credit, he is a winner. He can mold Spurs into something strong if he gets to strengthen their defence.

Jose will flounce before the next seasons over.

Had a nosey on the Liverpool side of twitter. Some of their fans don't seem too happy with FSG/John Hendry. Saying that they're gonna blow their lead if they fail to add improvments to their squad etc etc.

In that list which ever team is top will say it is the leagues best season ever, all the rest will say it's the weakest, same as every year.

great players just don't make great teams or seasons ? its the work horses that do the unseen and dirty work ? and much more goes into a winning team like manchester city ? even down to the tea lady its all down to the part they play as well

looking at next season am not 100% that the premier league is going to be that fantastic, manchester city and liverpool are still miles ahead in development and squads, just take manchester city won all 3 trophies last season this season won the league cup FA cup semi final 2nd in the premier league and still in the champions league, that is because of the squad that we can go hard in everything, liverpool had to pick the premier league or bust or nothing else, because their squad is not that deep but just about unbeatable in the league when their starting 11 play

simple thing is football does not improve with new signings or quick fixes ? you have to develop over a space of time of 3 to 5 years and if your chairman panic and your manager gets the sack it all goes down the pan faster than a blink of a eye and you have to start again ?

next season will be just like this season gone, the 2 big teams controlling the league they are so better, that even a new push in spending by the rest will only keep them in the same places or improve them by a place or 2 behind city and liverpool

top 4 next season

man city
liverpool
chelsea
united or arsenal

Not really looking forward to it at all to be honest. I have no desire to see a Sky/BT rag/scouse wankathon. Sick of us getting no credit, and of those dicks being allowed to sign anyone unchallenged despite being hundreds of millions in debt. VAR is bollocks too, clearly just another rag tool.
