Could be the virus, no harm to get a test and also phone your doctor ASAP who will probably advise you to go and get checked out at the hospital .
I have also had chest/back pains and other symptoms on and off for the last few months, feel like shit half the time so have been for chest X-ray ,
Bloods which have to be repeated and waiting for appt for a scan.
I reckon that dirty bastard virus has caused it all!
