I wouldn't believe a single word Scudamore says. A more plausible version of events is that sources within the Premier League were systematically leaking information to the media just as they have done in the past three months over the Newcastle United takeover. Very easy for them to conjur up this theory now to cover their own duplicity. According to this report the so-called hacking started in the late 90s when Rick Parry was PL CEO.
