The problem here isn't 'students'. The problem here is that an 18 yr old sperm head has a global platform for their nonsense because of twitter. Those of us born before 1990 had the opportunity to be wankers and idiots when we were young without it being recorded or anyone but our mates knowing about it.

I dislike her politics too, but are we really suggesting that after 7 years of studying medicine (and hopefully growing up a bit) we'd like to see a qualified Dr denied a career because of some shite they spouted on twitter as a teenager?

I've seen it all before pal. My original intake of 35 when I was at uni dropped to 11 after the first year, then even further the next year. I know I didn't have time to attend political rallies whilst I was studying; a specialist course can take anything like 60-80 hours of work per week. It was consistently harder than any full time job I've ever had.
