Our turnaround time is 48:00 hrs between the 2 games.
Liverpool = 75:30
Rags = 79:30
No agenda there then?
I am sure its the completely random fixture selection that us, Chelsea, Everton, Wolves and Leicester all have only 48 and 50 hours between games and the PL and FA favs, Dippers, Rags, Spurs have between 71 and 79. As i say i am sure its pure coincidence all the top 6 challengers bar those in Red and Spurs have the shortest recovery time /cough

Every fucking year ... last year they even fixed the opponents so who played us first (and obviously used up a lot of energy) then went on to play Liverpool next with the smallest of gap for them (while Liverpool had more gap then them). Happened twice in a row, one with boxing day and weekend fixture and second with new years and next weekend fixture ... I think it was Wolves and Sheffield United off the top of my head.

We play Everton on 28th, who also play on the 26th So they do not get extra rest . That is the crucial point, not when united or red scouse play
United play Wolves, who will have played two days previously, United having had an extra day’s rest.
