Never been on it ( honest ) but it has announced its banning explicit sexual content. I thought that was what it existed for? Is that statement able to be reworded "only fans announces bankruptcy and closure!?

Created so artists, mucisians could have exibit their creations and make a bit of money from their effort through fans subscriptions, then others used it for fans of their content no matter the profession.
Seeing as you have to pay to see the persons content then really the owners are being dicks as unless you're a fan of the person why would you pay? So as subscription don't see what harm adult content does to the "morality" or the site.
I would say 99% of the internet think it's for porn anyway and cannot see any **** on it by christmas.

Apparently pressure from the banks and finance companies has led to this with threats to withdraw service for proccessing subscriptions.
Much like the threat mastercard and Visa made to the porn sites over unvarified content the other year.
