He won't be half the price next summer once his agent and his dad have upped their "fees".
I know that, but them fees are still there now and would push the deal close to £200m.
The fee is half the price, so it ‘might’ get done closer to £130m-£150m.

There’s something about a physically dominant striker, watching Antonio and Lukaku this week, these guys can just do what they want to a defender. Pin them, roll and get shots off. Haaland is another one who I think defenders just won’t be able to cope physically. Would love to see him in this team to give us something different even in the build up play.
seen plenty like them in the past, if you cut off the supply they end up flicking on goal-kicks and throw-ins. It's not that simple, of course, there are occasons when " big and fast " works. Shifting 14 stone of bone and muscle makes 90 mins of high pressing beyond most if not all, players. I reckon Pep favours a lock-picker over a battering ram, but, things change time will tell....

So same price of Kane except wait a year, face more competition and it's not clear he wants City over the others, could end up with neither. I also reckon the likes of Madrid are more willing to bung Raiola money, the same rules don't apply to them.

Think it's sensible to go for Kane.

That’s not the point I was making, I was saying why I think clubs could have backed off this season.
Even if Haaland had already moved to Real I still wouldn’t buy Kane.

It is just one of the parts to his game though. He brings that along with his instincts in the box, being a properly good penalty box striker.

He is literally an all rounder with improvements to be made to his hold up/link play possibly which will come with time given he is only 21.

Kanes main advantage over him is that he is more creative, better passer and would likely fit into the system better. Haaland is just pure excitement though.

While I think he would be better at other clubs with a different play style, I think he would still do great here and would prefer that to him killing it at a rival.
