Apologies if this has already been asked but: How can they suspend them if they were advised not to travel because of the quarantine restrictions etc.?

Is it the FA rule because of (certain!) teams not sending English players?

Surely we were just doing what we were advised to do by OUR PL officials. They should take responsibility & tell FIFA accordingly
