Pep's solution last year to get all 3 on last year was to make KdB or Bernie play false 9, but I don't see that happening anymore.

The only other way is to sacrifice a defender and play a 3151 (343 diamond), but this is a VERY attacking formation if you use wingers and not fullbacks.

It may be possible though if it defends as a 451, where Rodri drops as a CB and the wide CBs defend as fullbacks as well.

I think we'll continue to see the false 9 this season.

That was my favorite part too. Running over to celebrate in front of our fans. Tbf Bernie has never sulked and always gives everything on the pitch.

The weather earlier this year on top of the isolation won’t have helped. Last spring was the worst I can remember. Think those last few weeks of the season can normally make a huge difference to foreign players disposition towards this country, assuming the weather is at least fair.

Incessingly long days and a bit of sunshine, after the short, grey, dreary ones in the winter make a huge difference to most people moods. Last April and May, with the exception of a few days in the former, were unusually cold and overcast. Fuck me, I quite like the weather in this country and I found it depressing!
