Booking system used by many now so don't get queuesHas anyone else noticed the increase of barbershops recently?
Must cost a lot to kit a shop out, wages, rent, rates etc.
Most of the times I go past they always seem empty.
Are they a front for money laundering?
Really can’t see how they make it pay

I looked at the price list at one of these barbers in town and they wanted £18.00 to give you a skinhead. Clippers cost less.

More barber shops in Bridge than pubs now. Then add in Finger Nail Shops I’ve thought for a few years now these have to be money laundering fronts for organised crime

I think you miss must have misread nasal mate.Sadly I'm in the market for a new barber. The lass who's done my hair for 20 years went out of business during the pandemic, so I'm still "self-styling". These new ones scare me a bit. There's one I drive past that does nasal bleaching. No idea what that is and as it's £17.50 for a cut I doubt I'll be in there any time soon to find out.
