Shoplifting

Talking of the circular merry go round things - wife went in to start work at 1pm and a PCSO has just called in...........she said if it happens again they need to report it straight away - you can't believe this is the state of Policing and crime deterrent but this is where 11 years of Tory austerity Police funding gets you

10,000 new bobbies

21k bobbies sacked - as of end of july its 9,814 recruited to replace them still 11186 missing bobbies

Many quality/experienced Cops have also fucked the job off, there are far better, less stressful/dangerous,ways to pay the mortgage.Pissing in the wind everyday of your working life soon becomes tiring.

Sometimes I blame the shops for making it too easy, for instance you can go in shops where they have small £50 bottles of perfume on open display...just asking for trouble.

There's a lot to be said for the Saudi Arabian system where they cut your hands off if you nick a Mars bar, they won't do it again, but even then they can use their teeth. :)

Also, a good percentage of "shrinkage" is carried out by shop staff.

Is there anyone on here that can honestly say they have never taken anything, even a pencil from work?

Serious question.
