When did the myth that Rudiger’s passing isn’t good enough start? It absolutely is

His wage demands are the reason Chelsea can't renew his contract.

Far too much and far too risky for a physical defender, who has had injury problems in the past 2 seasons and serious injury problems in the past.

If Laporte rumors about wanting to leave from last summer were true, and we are planning on selling him this summer, Rüdiger would be a decent replacement. Otherwise its a rather unnecessary signing with us already having 3 top class CBs + a decent 4th choice in Ake.

This. I think he’d be exposed in a back 4 as he and the Lampard Chelsea team were.
