52 | Oscar Bobb - 2025/26

Futsal player. I have no other way to describe him, he just isn’t making that next step forward.
I honestly don’t remember when he last got a chance and proved he deserves it. Sure, there’s talent, but honestly there’s nothing there that shows me he should get minutes ahead of Doku, Cherki, or Marmoush. I’d even rather have Foden on the wing instead of him.
 
Lightweight, ineffective, nowhere near skilful enough to be at a club like City

He had his 15 minutes of fame at Newcastle, good luck to him, can probably make a living in Eredivisie 2 or somewhere like that, let’s get rid in January

Either him or Savinho. At least Grealish isn't getting outmuscled easy or putting in hopeless crosses that do nothing but give the other team the ball while we've overcommitted to get an equalizer.
 
Living off that Newcastle goal in the eyes of some. Not very good sadly. Got a bad injury at the worst possible time
 
At present he would be better off just training and being a sub (at best)...that injury has clearly effected him physically and maybe mentally, He is struggling to run and compete.
 
Think he got the nod because Doku was so poor midweek (and Cherki isn't up to speed yet). Disappointing performance though no doubt - never really offered any threat forward, looked a bit weak at times, didn't press when he should have a few times. I expect he'll be on the bench (bar maybe Swansea game) for a bit

I don’t know if you were joking or not, but I agree with that first statement. It’s like a football pitch is far too big for him and he needs an indoor sports hall size pitch in a 5-a-side league to get the best from him.
 
He is skilful but hasn’t shown a spark yet. Not great today but he wasn’t alone in that. I think when others are playing well he plays well, he doesn’t grab the game by the scruff of the neck though.
 
Savinho, Bobb and Doku, I'm certain Mahrez would get more goals than all 3 of them combined right now, let alone in his prime, if they keep on like this for the next year I say sell all 3 of them and replace with some wingers who know where the net it, and it's not like they get a ton of assists either.
 
Weakest of the 4 wingers.

That being said Pep has reverted to wide 1v1 or 1v2 scenarios for the wingers.

Its so static, lacks combinations and easy to stop.

Bobb, Doku, and Marmoush thrive playing more centrally and linking up, we have seem it, but Pep is reverting to old set ups.
