City ticket office tracing season ticket holders based on their usernames, and blocking their tickets? The useless bastards haven't even got time to answer the phone never mind go all private detective and work out who Felix off Bluemoon is!

99.9999999% of us have usernames that have no relation to our real names whatsoever, you could also change yours. Given this I think the club are wasting their time!
Also, are you literally the only person named Felix that has a season ticket?

Wouldn't surprise me if they were. Where i work there is a team of people scouring social media for any negativity from employees about the company. Checking eBay for anything for sale that is potentially stolen. A few have lost jobs for posting videos of themselves on Facebook whilst on the sick.

Hi City - I've not been able to use my ST the past couple of games but Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher and Si Stone have sorted me out comps so that I wouldn't miss the game. Very nice of them sure you'll agree but I've just found out that this goes against your T&C's (they didn't put my name on the ticket) so please ban them immediately so that they can't do this again.
