Basically a non factor planning wise then if he isnt back until March.

Probably just need to sell him along with the likely departure of Bernie in the summer.

We need midfield depth this summer.

Also think it might be a boon in disguise as we seriously need another DM besides Nico and Rodri. (not convinced by Reijnders at the 6).

So at least we have some time to research for the correct player and maybe get a deal done in January.

For everyone that disagreed with me last season when I said Kovacic is NOT A DM..

I think the truth is clear as day now. Kova is not even 20% of the DM Nico is.

It's like trying to use a ferrari as a bulldozer. It can move from A to B with a ball but not able to do what you need.
