I dont know, to be fair to Ederson, he'd have been much quicker to the ball in the first place and avoided having to make those tackles to begin with.Yes they were great tackles. I loved Eddie but if that was him we’d have been down to ten men.
Didn't have much to do in the 1st half but the team decided he needed to earn his keep in the 2nd half.
Not much he can do for their goal, but overall another top game. The two tackles were quality.
Yeah Ruben saved him there.Had an Eddie moment in the 2nd half which could have resulted in a goal or red card. Other than that he was excellent again.
Great summary!Obviously the overall defence and set up has a lot to do with this but since he joined we've conceded 8 goals in 14 games in all competitions - and we've played Liverpool, Arsenal, Napoli and Dortmund in that time so we're not talking relegation fodder. The only team to score twice against us in that time is Monaco. And I think I speak for all of us when I say their second goal was farcical bollocks.
Donnarumma personally has conceded 6 goals from open play in 12 games - and in the Premier League 4 in 8. So 0.5 per game.
The league winners usually concede about 25-35 goals. If that ratio is maintained for the rest of the season we'd be looking at finishing the season on about 22 goals conceded. In a team that conceded 44 goals last year. That's how much of a difference he has made since joining.
What goal?Didn't have much to do in the 1st half but the team decided he needed to earn his keep in the 2nd half.

He's referring to the Dortmund gameWhat goal?
