Albania v England - Sun 16th Nov, 17:00 | World Cup Qualifier

Foden had positive impacts when he came on over both games but don't think that is enough, he had to make a real headline impact to force his way into the side.

From a city perspective

Stones a tad dodgy first half
Nico excellent
Foden was quality on and off the ball, technically superior to the other midfielders and better movement.

Kane good, Bowen good, Anderson excellent, Saka wasteful. Wharton poor, rice poor, bellend poor. Eze poor. The other 3 defenders all okay.

Underneath the dislikable personality is a good footballer. Pep would have made him a terrific player imo..
He’s not bad at all - technically - and that’s the entirety of the problem…
His ego limits his potential and that of his team…
It feels like watching fakeron with the Portugal team… remember the Greece Euros?

We’re a much better team and better to watch with Rogers in there. Bellend shouldn’t be anywhere near the starting 11. He’s just not that good.

I hope tuchel is the man we think and plays the ‘team’ over the individual.

I don't think Burn is at this level personally, he's made a great career for himself, but don't think he merits being an international.
