Media discussion - 2025/26

John cross is on Bellingham payroll no doubt! Seems there is a lot of so called high profile Journalists who say the same continually! If they watch football they don’t actually watch football to see the big big faults with Bellingham!

They don’t see we might of won a tournament if we played as a team not some individual showing off with look at me as he has the ball keeps it run around in a circle then loses it! That pass to Foden is quality he did kept it simple and passed the ball at the right time to Foden! I see Bellinghams good play I always have. Us city fans though know what a really good top quality player is now with watching pep football for 10 years!
Where was he when Sterling, Grealish and Foden were getting shit playing for England?

The gaslighting PR campaign Is ridiculous. Even Jim Shyte on the payroll saying the media are against him!

Am sure QPR were aggrieved that their captain was harshly sent off at Old Trafford, a couple of weeks earlier ?
But, cannot see any of their players "throwing" the match.
They were obviously ecstatic when notified they were safe, so perhaps switched off a little bit ?
Lee Mason - Bolton fan

Heavily influenced that game. So much so @Prestwich_Blue called Mike Reilly out about his selection for the game and old mother Reilly didn't see it as a problem!

Rooney still crying over something over 12 years ago, it’s another example of how that shit stain of a club has found itself in the sorry state it is in. Blaming other people for your own clubs failings is what they are good at, they were 8 points ahead in March and probably was one of the biggest chokes in English league title history in recent times. The events of the QPR game seems to make people forget of what occurred the last couple of months before hand. They should have been out of site but managed to fuck it up,

It’s what they are good at trying to discredit City’s achievements to hide their own failings. There’s no coincidence there’s 115 charges against City for events going back nearly 16 years ago and their club is over £1.1 billion in debt. It’s easy to lay the blame elsewhere rather than your own failings.

You could revel in the fact that the rags (& Rooney) are still hurting because us Blues snatched the PL trophy from them in Fergie time & stunted their premature celebrations.

Enjoy their pain - still there after 12 years - yesssss

The headline is false. Mike Dean merely says he was surprised QPR booted the ball up the piitch from the re-take after Edin's goal. Nowhere does he back the rantings of Rooney. Why wouldn't they boot the ball up the field if they were happy with a draw?
Booted the ball up the pitch. Standard ploy in the premier before Pep changed things
