Interesting report . Heard it being discussed on the radio and no mention of Joie Stadium . You could argue that Leigh Sports Village is an upgrade on the Swamp though . Most London clubs get by by renting other grounds nearby . Arsenal have put on their big knickers and schedule all games at Emirates...have they have effectively made their team the go to for women who live in London and are without a men's team loyalty and want to watch football ?

I thought we'd discussed this before and found this - posted by...

Was surprised by the number of women’s toilets at the new Hill Dickinson stadium recently, so maybe that was constructed using some newer or more recently guidelines.

But then again, Everton’s WSL team play at Goodison, where the queue for the women’s loos was ridiculous, as even with only 3K attendance on matchdays, they decide to only make limited number of facilities open/available …

I have to be honest it lost me at breastfeeding facilities, people shouldn't be taking breastfeeding babies to a football stadium mainly because of the noise and the crushing.

I haven't noticed many queues at the ladies loos in the South stand but the queues for the men's loos can be horrific considering we're all pissing up a wall.

And what is a parent and guardian area? We already have family stands.

WTF!

‘It would would want to see 45% of toilets for males and 45% females, with 10% gender-neutral’.

More gender neutral toilets at women's games are actually a very sensible idea as lots of men take their young daughters to these games and often aren't sure which toilets to use.

You can also end up with a massive queue time at the women's as compared to the men's and it would be way more efficient to have more non gendered toilets so people are more evenly distributed across them all.

As long as they all have a lock on i dont see what the problem is with this suggestion.

Gender neutral toilets? Don't like the idea of that at all unless as you say, it's a male accompanied by his young daughter.

Weird how the focus is on the gender issue rather than the disabled one. If 100% of the toilets are allocated in term of gender where are the plans for disabled toilets.

Also 10% is a very high percentage for gender neutral toilets when there are only 2 genders.
