Seat Counters 25/26

Is there likely to be trouble at that fixture, do you think?
I don't think there'll be trouble, but I do think there'll be lots of away fans.

As @Scaring Europe to Death mentioned, loads of local turks will already have purchase history with the club, so won't struggle to get tickets.

And we all know full well that even if the club impose a strict criteria for tickets, all they need to do is go to Viagogo or purchase Club Hospitality, and they'll be in the ground with no questions asked.

Definitely more natural sales for Leverkusen. For Dortmund hundreds of tickets in each of blocks 315,316,317, and 318 disappeared off the planner some days before the game. I’m guessing something similar happened with a few other blocks elsewhere in the stadium. For this match, I’ve not noticed anything like that happening. There are still hundreds of seats left in each of those aforementioned blocks but as sales have been brisk, I don’t think we’ll see loads disappear off the planner this time.

Regarding block 005 that you mentioned, that’s clearly a sought after block as those 163 tickets flew off the shelves last night.
Block 005 is in the middle of the East Stand lower tier and huge parts of it are taken over by UEFA for CL games which pisses off the ST holders in the area. Tickets returned by UEFA then get sold by City meaning moved fans can get their regular seat if they are quick enough and if City allow them to swap back. This is one of the ways UEFA's rules piss all over regular supporters.

Bit of a piss take that city don't offer the ST Holders their seats back before putting the UEFA returns on sale to anyone.

The problem is that many fans want to sit in groups and the club don't know who is in each group so they might only be able to move one or two of a group. They could make the offer, but the tickets are returned within a week of the game so there wouldn't be much decision time available. - Been there, done that when I used to sit in 206 (now 106).

2334 showing for LEverkusen but there's no way that's an accurate count. Loads of blocks greyed out on the top tier which will definitely have lots of availibility. No idea why they are doing that.

Bratislava and Lisbon were great trips last season.

Madrid is still one of the best trips, purely because of us all gathering in Plaza Major. The bars know the regular travellers and welcome us with open arms. It's noticeable that the stand-off approach from the police in the Plaza is very different to the stadium. I really don't get that. Last season we swerved the match and watched it in a bar.

You going to Bodo mate?
Had ticksts but watched it in a bar ? Fucking hell !

RV at Selhurst Park really means it - they have seats directly behind pillars.
You dont want to be in the back 10 rows of that away end - basically you cant see the far side of the field due to the TV gantry steps theyve attached to the roof. Was caught in this in April 2024 - could only just see the boots/feet of any players on the far touchline

For Leverkusen they've reduced the price of tickets for Non Members.

Whilst SS3 was £35 yesterday, as listed on the ticket info, it's been decreased to £30 today
Both CB3 and ES3 were £40 yesterday, they've been reduced to £35.

Will that please cheaper ticketeers, or infuriate them ?

I think it just proves the worrying position the club is in, that we can no longer rely on tourists to fill the stadium and they've priced out too many of their local supporters over the last few years.

People on here were saying this would happen as early as 2022, seems like the club is only just catching on

Or..... people see the club and Uefa whoring off the fans and are giving it a swerve as a protest. Two extra games simply to make money. (Some clubs will incur 2 more as well)
I'm going but only bought my ticket yesterday, so much for my protest !
I am actually looking forward to Brentford far more and got my ticket as soon as for that.
The club and all the different organisations now see us as cash cows. This is simply a watered down Super League and little ol' me is getting sick of it.

I think that for the majority of my time watching City we had probably a max of 20 home games a Season . Cup runs were not a regular occurrence.

Even then the crowds fluctuated from game to game, depending on our results and the opposition, and they were mostly "local "fans. And it was cheap.

Now we have up to 30 home games, that's plenty even for local fans, never mind those for whom a home match means an all dayer.

The League Cup and FA Cup home matches have been fairly priced in my opinion, I think The CL matches, midweek, night and in Winter need to be heavily discounted or risk a major drop off.
