Well, we're a year into it.

Took Arsenal four years or more to get to where they are.

There are clearly playeds we have that aren't good enough but its gonna take time to get us back to being formidable again.

Don't get changing the spine of the team. We never used to do that a few years ago. Wingers and the odd midfielder or full back but essentially it was the same 6 or 7 faces. You can see there's no continuity in the play. Like 10 strangers running (walking) around.
