Agree to some degree, albeit performances dictate long term results, and going of performances so far this week and away from home this season, we won't be winning the league unless something changes.

Honestly not sure what’s going on with him…second guessing himself perhaps…..some of the initial line ups, tactics, and game intensity has been poor.

That performance was fucking awful - if you are happy cause we won so be it but play that that and we are doing nothing this season overall....thats the issue.

It actually isnt....

we just got away with it once....against better team (remember Leeds are third from bottom) we wont get away with it....

We did nothing to deserve anything today so it could easily get worse and this squad cant address the issues....the only saving grace is if Rodri gets back on the pitch and is able to get back to his levels BUT if that is what is needed the squad is in need of a huge overhaul

Stones - not much left to give (said it himself he nearly retired - that says that he knows he is near the end - one more serious injury lay off and its time for the club to make the decision for him)

thats 11 players with question marks against them for one reason or another.....

there is no strength in depth anymore and a squad whose quality is highly overrated....

besides Haaland and maybe Donarumma (who has his negatives as well) who in this squad is truly at the level of players we have seen leave in the last 5-6 years? - foden probably but that is it. Cherki has potential but that is completely 50-50 and at the moment its looking more like blind hope than potential

Where is our Kyle Walker, KDB, Gundo, Rodri back up, Sane, Sterling Ferna David Silva, Yaya, Kompany, Zabaletta - players who are genuine world class BUT would also run through walls for you (maybe besides Yaya on that last point)....Our squad is made up of spineless, gutless soft arses. Substandard at best

Don't agree at all about Cherki, Reijnders, Marmoush or Ait Nouri - all are quality internationally proven players and need more time on the pitch. Stones is one the best CBs in the league and both Bernie & Ake still have a lot to give. We need another decent right back option alongside Nunes and some serious legs in midfield if Rodri isn't coming back very soon and I think the club will move in a few weeks to fill those holes. Youngsters aside the rest of the squad is world class quality and I'm confident we'll come through this tricky patch

How many times have we seen quality internationals come onto a premiership pitch and fail...plenty of examples...

Yes Id agree they need more time on the pitch....but some of them at present are abysmal....im taking Kalvin phillips levels of shit especially Reijnders at present. RAN also when on the pitch has been as bad if not worse than Benjamin Mendy and that takes some doing!

Marmoush i like but he doesnt fit into our team with Haaland on the pitch
Cherki - you need a much more stable and stronger team/midfield to accomodate him

Stones WAS (past tense) one of the best...hardly available and hasnt looked the same in limited appearances this season.

We need two right backs...ultimately despite the improvement, Nunes isnt good enough

We needed legs in midfield before the season started....we went for Reijnders and Cherki neither of those offer that and gave Rico Lewis a 5 year contract and he certainly doesnt offer that either.

Moving in January is difficult...we did do last year but after the expenditure of last winter and this summer plsu the squad size do we even have the ability to fill the gaps in January...I dont think so unless we move a number of players out. ....?

Even without anyone moving out we have a home grown and a free list vacancy in the senior squad so just the wages to worry about. RAN has barely played, injured against Spurs and subbed at half time on his latest comeback against Leverkusen after trying to link with a useless Savinho.

Look on the brightside...we're 1/4 of the way through what looks like a tight league, not playing particularly well and we're second, as we speak........not too shabby in the overall context. Peps been here many times before.
