Florian Worst had his goal taken off him last night and given as an OG - luvverrly.
It's Liverpool. It's not even a throw away comment that...From salah and his broken arms to Robertson being offside.. They are just big mard arses, and the media encourage themWasn’t this all concluded last year! Why is it in the news again?
Hindsight is a fantastic thing.Liverpool look uncannily like we did at this stage last season.
They have also made the same mistakes we made, namely hanging on to ageing/declining players rather than being ruthless and it is now biting them on the arse.
The Saudis offered £200m for Salah (33) towards the end of last season - Liverpool gave him a new 2 year contract in April 2025
VVD (34) has been on the decline since Pickford did him in, he was bang average last season - Al-Nassr offered £70m, Liverpool gave him a new 2 year contract 6 days after Salah signed.
The Saudis offered £200m for De Bruyne (32) after the CL final in 2023 when he had a torn hamstring. I love him to bits but he was never the same player again and was never 100% fit
Real Madrid offered £100m for Rodri (30) 3 months ago while he was still in recovery from an ACL. It is hard to believe he will get back to his previous level.
Real Madrid offered £125m (!!!!) for the frustrating Raheem Sterling in 2020. Went to Chelsea in 2022 for £47m, in the last 3 and a bit seasons has made 100 appearances and scored 20 goals and has now virtually disappeared.
That is £695m down the pan between us and the scousers.
There is no room for sentiment in football.
The IOPC who were investigating the conduct of the police on the day, released its official final report yesterday. That’s the reason the media are across it again..Wasn’t this all concluded last year! Why is it in the news again?

It's easy to create an argument when you're making up transfer fees.Liverpool look uncannily like we did at this stage last season.

Your argument is very valid but you ruin it by coming up with exaggerated, made up numbers. None of those offers were ever made.Liverpool look uncannily like we did at this stage last season.

Only a couple of dozen more final reports to go then. The IOPC who were investigating the conduct of the police on the day, released its official final report yesterday. That’s the reason the media are across it again..
He doesn't go from one of the most sought after players to dog shit. I don't know what the answer is but I'm sure his form will turn round. Is this the first time we've not wanted Salah to go to AFCON?
(Not a popular opinion around here but I still think Wirtz is really good, and eventually they're going to figure out how best to build the team around him).

I’m sure it will be a quality, thorough piece of work. :(Only a couple of dozen more final reports to go then.
If you watch, none of them are going back through the tunnels, some are being helped up to the seatsMaybe I missed it but I don't remember any police officers on the terraces pushing fans downwards towards the fences. The police actually didn't kill anyone. The Liverpool fans crushed their own fans to death. The police contributed by their poor management of the situation and covered that up and should be held responsible for that. What's not been highlighted is the FA made clubs erect fences to stop pitch invasions. That prevented fans getting on the pitch when they were being pushed against the fence. They are as guilty as anyone but nothing said. This action alone led to an increase in deaths and injuries. Also who gave the ground a safety certificate when a risk assessment should have identified that it was a high risk like blocking a means of escape. Bradford fire says hello.
I really feel for the bereaved families but just to keep blaming the police hides the responsibility of others.
I don't think KDB would have gone to Saudi, regardless.Liverpool look uncannily like we did at this stage last season.
