Something is very rotten in that club, they had a decent start to the season and then it all started to go wrong, I would to know what happened but it is fun to watch, and I can't wait for Slippery G to takeover by the way I have not spoken to one Liverpool fan who thinks it would be a good idea or want's it to happen, but who else is available they will need someone who is expendable to see them through to the end of the season

I am still mystified as to why Bingo left, I can only think that the has been offered the Madrid job when it becomes available but he wants a nice Sabbatical and also it would not have have looked good to jump ship straight away

BBC are pushing Wayne Rooney's view on things. I can't fathom for the life of me who in the world is asking what Wazzock thinks of all this. Seems to be an awful lot of emphasis being put on his input by the BBC recently.
So that that they can shoehorn ‘legendary Utd striker’ into the conversation, anything to keep the cunts in the news

As I see it Salah has been made the scapegoat for their poor form because they know they can get a big fee for him should they sell him which I'm sure is part of the plan. As poor as he has been VdD has been far worse yet he keeps being picked. Th reality is that VvD has no real sell on value. It's all about the money and it suits both parties.

They have to justify the vast sum of licence payers money they are wasting on him. He's probably in the frame for The Strictly Come Dancing gig as well

Just think what he'll say once he leaves the clutches of the clan.
Salah has had six poor months and has been thrown under the bus by LFC. The club is feeding their media sycophants with poison about Salah and their gullible fans lap it up. The whole world has turned on Salah. It’s a witch-hunt. I think there are two sides to every story. But our press is so shit no one is asking questions. Sounds familiar.

He's not a scapegoat. He's been asked to start on the bench for 3 games whilst they try to bed in the £100s million talent they bought. I don't see his problem, especially being paid £400k pw for it. And he's done this many times before. Mane had to leave the club because of him.

We've seen the same with City over the years and I am glad our players are not as self centered to throw the club under the bus... which is what Salah has done to his club here. All about him and always had been. While the red media tell us he is a footballing God.

I agree wholeheartedly. The guy should be remembered for the player he was and left in peace. Hopefully his wife and family are out of this country now so don't have to witness this mawkish and frankly extremely disrespectful behaviour to justify how dross the Dips have become.

It's time for that club to stfu. But then they and their cult fans are not exactly known for sensitivity and respect.
The next toxic narrative leaked out by LFC will be “he just wanted the Saudi millions.” And on it goes.

I'm just waiting for Van Disney to kick off and it'll be delicious :)

How do you know he's been 'asked'. It appears there has been no communication between the player and Manager to explain the thought process.

Dipper on radio 5 this morning bemoaning the fact that the players have not been able to mourn properly after having to start the season so soon after a death of a player. According to him they all need proper bereavement counselling and Salah’s grief is causing his loss of form.

Thankfully another caller called the dippers out as delusionally self obsessed…

Told, asked... Does it matter? And "It appears" Doesnt mean it happened. For all you know Slot could have explained it to him and he just didnt like being benched - Which seems more likely to me given his previous shit.

It DID happen previously when he was talking about Klopp and how there would be fire if he was allowed to speak. Klopp had to defuse that situation. He did it with Mane, Mane had to leave... Last year, the game after winning the title, all Salah wanted to talk about was leaving the club unless they gave him more.... The guy is a problem and they've had to manage him and his attitude, seems clear to me. Its all blown up in their faces though.

Its even more lovely because in Slot I just dont see them achieving anything, the fans hate him so much. I do think this is going to knock back liverpool for a season or two.

I think it’s different. Players know & clubs make sure you know when they want you gone. If he’s on the bench 3 games & Slot has had a word then he’s been a **** but if he’s suddenly not involved in the patterns of play, Slots ignored him when he’s politely asked a question & he’s noticing he’s getting hung out by the club, its media shills & recognised the pattern with ex team mates when they want them gone.

I wonder if him, Alexander see how KDB & many others have been treated when leaving City. Let’s be honest KDBs send off was a shock to him but the club was honest & upfront. The dippers are transactional & likely only offered the contract to gain a Saudi transfer fee.

For me, Phillips, Grealish (To a degree) got the same treatment. And they handled it brilliantly. Partyle the way the club is run and partly down to those personalities involved I think.

I am glad our club steer away from those self centered - all about me players.. The Ronaldo's or Neymars, they bring more shit than they are worth. They can ruin a season.

In that respect we can have nothing but admiration for Kalvin Phillips - he was riding high and in the England team when we bought him, ever since then his career has gone downhill faster than a turbo toboggan, and yet to my knowledge anyway, he's never gone running to the press to slag off Pep and/or the club.

Jota's death was of course tragic, but the complete absence of any wider lessons being learned is notable.

He was driving a supercar at high speed.

There are many other instances of young footballers crashing in these circumstances - I recall Ronaldo writing off his Ferrari racing in the tunnels under mcr airport. Antonio recently suffered life changing injuries.

Rather than think of this as a one off tragedy, better to think of it as an inevitable result of young men being indulged in high risk activities on public roads. What are their employers, LFC in this instance, doing to protect their employees and the wider public? They're not the victims of a random meteor strike.

Id text them and asked what his status as a player has on his view about a management decision has? I suggested it should be "Failed Manager" Also dragged out Andy Cole to offer his opinion now
