Former Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has left his role as the club's head of loans and pathways.

Evans, 37, was appointed in June after retiring at the end of the 2024-25 season.

At the time, Manchester United said his role would involve him leading on loan moves for the club's young players, working with director of football Jason Wilcox to maximise player development and prepare young talent for the first team.

Evans did well - 6 months! And there was me, thinking, "....that'll never last!"

Are you sure that wasn't actually head of fiscal loans, a kind of Ocean Finance liaison officer?

Okay Wolves, gather round.

Now you've had your sulk, now's the time to start getting yourself out of this mess with your first home win of the season. Imagine it; a big boost of a win against arguably TWGC, i mean, this is Manchesniteh we're talking about. What a morale boost it will be, guys!

1-0 is plenty, 2-0 would be amazing. But you've got it in you to spank them 3-0. The football gods of comedy will bless you.

I hope tonight’s result gives the rags some false hope…..the performance from Wolves bar 15 minutes before half time was diabolical and they played like a none league team.

Nothing against Wolves but that was one of the worst performances I have seen from any team in the Premiership.

I had to double check that United’s opposition was not peak Barcelona due to amount of smoke that was being blown up their backsides by Sky, after beating the bottom side in the Premiership.

RAGS are back
Hello Hello.
Tricky fa cup draw against Brighton (obviously at the swamp). Means more rest incoming with a possible 40 game season.
Definitely turned the corner.

was just thinking
imagine if we did actually win the league.
weve got the rags who`ve turned more corners than an indycar racer
the perenial bottlers the tarquins
and the dippers who are dropping quicker than salad in the box
and theres erm spurs who well theyre spurs
and there we have the cartel who tried to make the league a closed shop for themselves.
not working out quite right now lurkers is it.
