Cup schemers who are being relocated have until 5pm today to change the seat the club have allocated them, but the problem is, the club havn't allocated any new seats, absolute shit show for people forced to move, how can you move if you don't know where you have been put

I received an email yesterday telling me where I've been relocated to. Assumed everyone affected would have been told.

Having to move and been given today to ring and relocate - it’s important as that’s where you then sit for all other cup games - ring up - message says we are dealing with enquiries for tonight’s game so ring back tomorrow - the ticketing operation is shambolic
 
Not really , you should know that your seat is normally changed as away fans normally get allocated it .

Not really what ? I know it gets allocated to away fans I’m talking about the opportunity to choose where to sit instead
 
Can anyone advise as i’m not sure of the ticket rules these days, I’m a season ticket holder and want to buy tickets for this game for me and my wife tomorrow, but it would be her first game so she doesn’t have any kind of membership.
It says online i can buy 6 tickets when they go on sale, but does that mean for people that have a membership only ? Cheers

It means for anyone (non members) but I think the price will be 20 quid rather than 15
