What did he do ? Had a golden chance to score a fluffed it. Although that was no surprise. It's not about liking him or not. Its about his contribution to the team or lack of it.
Yeah, he is pretty average and he doesn´t make me angry anymore ,makes me laugh. Dribbling past players ,doesnt make you a good footballer yet ,everything else is bang average.

We pretty much controlled the game from start to finish and never really looked like we wouldn't win the game.

I found the second half a bit boring but would take that every game if we keep winning the games.

it is , Adama Traore was a pretty great one ,but still a bad footballer. If you cant strike the ball or find any of your teammates ,there is no use of that dribbling and he definetly isnt one of the best in that either.
He's creating chances though..he's no Messi but he's not as bad as some make out.
Pep obviously sees something in him.. otherwise he wouldn't pick him.
I never understand why some of our fans seem to want a player to fail..

I dont want him to fail ,but i don´t see anything yet to think he will be a top winger. Bring in a world class one and let him come off the bench , he would still get plenty of chances to prove himself.

I'm not against that..would love to have a Sane or someone like him when he was here.
Difficult to find these world class ones though and harder to get them here..clubs who have them won't want to sell ..not that I blame them.

Actually - according to the BBC News app this morning - we're 3 for 3!View attachment 178093
What's even more interesting is the flip side of those stats -clubs winning when NOT ahead at Xmas.

City have a great record at converting a leading position (3/3,) but also account for 5/16 times a team trailing at Xmas still won it.

In fact, last 14 year, the 11 times City were not leading at Xmas, they went and won it 5 times

In other words, if a non City club leads at Xmas - there is a ridiculously high, roughly 50% chance City would go on and pip you to the title eventually!

If City are behind but somewhat close to Arsenal by mid-January, having missed a number of key players due to injury and international duty (Rodri, Doku, Ait Nouri, Marmoush..) who would be just coming back to the team...
Don't bet against us going on go win the title!

He helped create the third goal..not surprised you missed it though.
So. You can count on one hand what he's done since he's been at City. The overwhelming amount of fans on here do not appear rate him from the comments Ive seen. If he was that good he would have played himself into the team now like Doku has proved himself.

So jump on the bandwagon then..it wasn't long ago that Doku was the whipping boy in here too.
Personally I prefer to back our players

Traore - what a waste. I used to love watching him receive the ball on the half-way line facing his own goal, with maybe 3 opposing players behind him.

2 seconds later, he'd somehow have run through them and be 5 yards clear, with the ball. Happened time and time again.

It would usually go tits-up shortly afterwards, but that initial turn/burst was breathtaking. He'd just knock it somewhere 20 yards away in the vague direction he wanted to go, backing himself to reach the ball first, which he always did (ask Kyle Walker :-/ ).

Glad he didn't play for City, though - he'd have driven me round the twist.

Proud to support this club. Outstanding commitment from the players. The football continues to be sheer joy to watch. I think the only weak link is Doku. Would take Bobb, Savvy or Jack all day long before Doku.

Your post above..
You didn't rate Doku either

It really is sad that some people need to hate rather than get behind the whole team.

Funny as fuck that Donnarumma gets stick, the lad has been fucking class since he's been here. Again, yesterday making big saves to keep it at 2-0.

That's three clean sheets on the bounce in the league now. He's a fucking monster.
He has been an unbelievable signing. In his prime Ederson was exactly what we needed and i wouldn't change a thing. In our current season the GK skills are more important than the footwork. A brilliant signing.
